Xuzhou Armour Rubber Company Ltd is a leading AGI and OTR tire producer in mainland China, operating since 2006. Equipped with a 140,000m2 factory on an 800-acre plot of land, we maintain an annual output value of RMB 3.6 billion - including an export value of USD 80 million - thanks to our comprehensive production capacity of 4.2 million sets of tires. We develop more than 400 types of agricultural tire sizes with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million sets, more than 110 sizes of OTR tires with an annual production capacity of 600,000 sets, and nearly 100 sizes of agricultural and OTR radial tires with an annual production capacity of 100,000 sets.

To date, we have earned a total of 55 national patents, including 11 invention patents, and equipped our team with advanced equipment such as one-shot low-temperature rubber mixing systems and two-stage one-step molding machines for radial tires. We also employ a professional technical research management team who apply an integrated production-study-research model to control raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products layer by layer, and strictly regulate the production process to comply with standards outlined in our ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CCC, E-Mark, DOT, and REACH certifications.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
For tire testing, we can test tires from rim sizes 8-42 inches, our equipment incorporates leading-edge technology, and allows for non-uniform signals, for example, input from field test data. And in-house tests we can do a bead pressure test, water pressure test for strength, strength test, fatigue test, and pattern footprint test. On raw material, we can do a physical test and chemical test, on-field measurement, durability test, resistance test, and force test.

Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination

Policy on Forced Labour
We do not use any prison, slave, indentured, or forced labor in the manufacture of any of our products.
Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -- business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. These transactions usually come in the form of bribes, kickbacks, gifts of significant value or payoffs made to favorably influence some decision affecting a company's business or for personal gain of an individual.
Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. Similarly, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities and other payoffs and benefits paid to any customer are prohibited. However, this does not include expenditures of reasonable amount for meals and entertainment of customers if they are otherwise lawful, and should be included on expense reports and approved under standard Company procedures.

We accurately keep books and records of all transactions and the dispositions of our assets as required by law, as well as maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure the reliability and adequacy of our books and records.
